What We Do
We guide projects from concept to completion, combining consulting, education, media, and manufacturing.
Our hands-on model ensures every client builds something real, lasting, and aligned with their values.
Why It Matters
The world needs new ways of working—ones that regenerate rather than deplete.
We build models that restore land, empower people, and create meaningful economic impact.
How We Work
We work on a client paid joint venture model that embeds strategy into action, working side-by-side with clients as they build their products and systems.
Every service we offer is built to be practical, flexible, and tailored to your goals.
Who We Serve
We support artists, small businesses, nonprofits, and vision-driven organizations ready to scale their impact.
Whether you're launching a single product or a full enterprise, we meet you where you are.
Where We’re Going
Our vision is to build a self-sustaining ecosystem where Canadian resources are prioritized, and businesses are empowered to thrive.
We are working towards creating resource hubs and a CRM system that will streamline the development of local products and services,
creating a lasting impact on communities and industries.
Business Education
Systematic Training and Restoration Team OR S.T.A.R.T. is a program designed for builders who learn best by doing.

You’ll co-create systems, apply tools, and gain practical experience with every step.
By the end, you won’t just have a plan—you’ll have a business that’s already in motion.

Strategy First
We begin by helping you define a clear vision for your business.
Together, we shape your goals, identify your audience, and craft a plan that aligns your passion with profit.
This foundation ensures every next step has direction and purpose.
Tangible Learning
Forget passive mentorship—this is active, hands-on learning.
You’ll work side-by-side with our team to build your product, service, or experience in real time.
Every task is an opportunity to practice and master the skills your business needs.
Applied Systems
We don’t just show you what to do—we help you build repeatable systems as we go.
From operations to marketing and client delivery, you’ll co-create the workflows that will power your business long after our program ends.
Real-Time Execution
Learn by doing. You’ll launch elements of your business step-by-step during the program, receiving immediate feedback and support.

You won’t just understand how it runs—you’ll have done it yourself.
From concept to launch to day-to-day operations, you’ll walk away with confidence and control.
Future Plans
We are developing a connected infrastructure called Called The Reservoir to support creators from concept to launch and beyond.
In collaboration with research teams, we’re designing tools and spaces that integrate digital systems, sustainable production, and immersive education.

Education & Training
The CRM & Digital Infrastructure
The CRM will be a central platform guiding users through project setup, contracts, collaboration, scheduling, finances, and more.
With a simple, circle-based interface, it supports every user in customizing their experience and contributing meaningfully.
Community Hubs & Aquaculture Centers
Local hubs across the country will house aquaculture systems that grow food and materials using sustainable, closed-loop methods.
These spaces are tailored to local needs and serve as models for job creation, land regeneration, and education.
Materials Processing & Product Manufacturing
Raw materials from aquaculture and the local environment are transformed into usable goods in eco-conscious facilities.
Manufacturing on-site ensures traceable, sustainable, and culturally resonant products made with community input.
Retail & Marketplace
Retail locations will sell locally made products, combining digital access with physical transparency.
Customers can trace each item’s journey from raw material to finished product, ensuring quality, ethics, and affordability.
Media & Storytelling
Media teams will produce film, TV, and educational content that explores transformation, creativity, and regeneration.
Each site serves as a production base, creating immersive, cross-genre content rooted in lived experience and real landscapes.
Education & Live-In Training
Programs will teach aquaculture, entrepreneurship, media production, and sustainability through hands-on, collaborative learning.
The live-in campus gives creatives the space to grow projects and develop regenerative businesses from the ground up.

Client Approach
This client approached YSSL with a book project, after a preliminary read-through,
the founder identified a snippet that could be developed into a children's book.
This discovery inspired the adaptation of the snippet into a rhyming story suitable for young readers.
Book Development
The founder worked to adapt the snippet into a children’s book, which was then brought to life with illustrations from student artist Roseanne Atchivara.
Her creative vision played the primary role in visualizing the book’s storyline.
Printing Partnerships
To bring the book to life, YSSL collaborated with Mixam Printing for hardcover illustrated books and ESL Printing for educational materials,
including a curriculum to teach readers how to illustrate their own stories. These collaborations ensured high-quality production and educational value.
Small Batch Manufacturers
YSSL reached out to multiple small-batch manufacturers across Canada to source quality products that would complement the book.
Kanga Bags in Calgary provided backpacks, while The Toy Makers of Lunenburg in Hatchet Lake Nova Scotia contributed wooden toys, games, puzzles,
and building blocks, with plans to expand into rulers.
Culinary Collaboration
YSSL partnered with JLM Patisserie to create PYRO cookies, adding a delightful edible painting kit product to complement the book and other items in the kit.
This collaboration introduces a fun, sensory element to the experience.
Ongoing Expansion
As part of our commitment to growth, YSSL will continue to expand the product offerings, building a comprehensive kit that combines creative, educational, and playful elements.
The goal is to support young learners while showcasing quality Canadian craftsmanship. In a months time we will be launching the Milky The Mouse full product line. Stay tuned for updates!
