The Concept

An ever present challenge for SMEs and contractors is hiring expenses and worker protection. I wanted to do something about that. So, I proposed a challenge to the Experiential Network Program Coordinator at Northeastern University.

Write a human resources framework that gives contractors both independence and protection. The class developed a framework outlining the current conditions, short term solutions and a potential shift in policy. This page is that document.
